Graduate Project (Master's Degree)

Airflow, Particle Transport, and Deposition within the Human Lung Airways under Stenosis and Aging Effect Conditions:

This graduate project was published as a book chapter "Model for Pharmaceutical aerosol transport through stenosis airway" of Handbook of Lung Targeted Drug Delivery Systems: Recent Trends and Clinical Evidences. There are two main parts to this project which include the airflow, particle transport, and deposition within the human lung airways under the aging effects and stenosis conditions. The dimensions of the lung model basically based on Weibel's dimensions. Other models were reconstructed by reducing the lung size by 10% and 20% due to aging effects. In cases of stenosis conditions, the lung models were reconstructed with stenosis areas in different lung generations including generation 2 to generation 4. The microparticles as 1 μm, 2.5 μm, 5 μm, and 10 μm were employed with three flow rates as 7.5 lpm, 15 lpm, and 20 lpm.

A Design Engineer

Being a Design Engineer at Pro-finish., co.ltd. 

The multinational corporation, which has the headquarters in Switzerland, produces bracelet of watches by taking the order from luxury brands in the famous countries especially the Swiss brands such as Baume & Mercier (B&M), Bvlgari, Ulysse Nardin, Omega, Louis Vuitton, Panerai, Tudor, Longines, TAG Heuer, IWC, Hublot, Mont Blanc, Tiffany & Co, Girard-Perregaux (GP) and Carl F. Bucherer. This company uses stainless steel to be the main material of bracelets and this company also produces the buckle of leather bracelets.

Undertook to: 

1. plan the production processes by using both AutoCAD and Inventor.

2. Contributes to the creation of work procedures that are most suitable for each product, by considering the appropriate production times and production cost.

3. Responsible for the package design that is used to store work pieces before exporting to customers.

Graduate Project (Bachelor's Degree)

The Development of a Chipper Shredder Machine:

This graduate project was the specific requirement from the dean of engineering faculty in order to develop the chipper shredder machine by using the chains for chainsaw instead of the normal chains. Then, this project was donated to a local community. Throughout the operation, this project was supported the research funding by my university. As a result, this project could get outstanding research results for Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus 2014.

CAD Project

The Rescue Boat Model:

Creating the three-dimensional (3D) model by using SolidWorks to propose the group project. This model was developed in order to enhance an effective rescue to the sufferers through the water. Being represented model on the training course of SolidWorks software at my university.

An internship student for my Bachelor's Degree

Doing the Internship at Thai Yazaki Electric Wire Company Limited:

The multinational corporation, which has the head office in Japan, manufactures the electric wire and cable and including low and high power distribution cable to the control cable and Instrumentation of cable.

Undertook to:

1. Using AutoCAD in 2D to draw some work pieces

2. Learning the production processes of electric wire

3. Learning ways to analyse and solve problems during machinery failure.
